Chapter 4.56 SALES REGULATIONS AND TRANSIENT MERCHANTS
Section 4.56.130 Denial or revocation of license - Procedure.
a. Held a license under this chapter that has been revoked within two years of the date of the present application;
b. Failed to make a complete application;
c. During the past two years, a history of:
(1) Fraudulent applications for similar licenses,
(2) Misrepresentation of the quality of merchandise or services offered for sale,
(3) Crimes involving personal injury.

c. For any violation of any city or state law regulating the sales activities of the license holder.

3. The license shall stand denied or revoked unless the license applicant or holder files an appeal to the city manager. An appeal of the decision may be taken in the manner set forth in section 2.06.070. (Ord. 2006-0415; 98/U-6342; 85/T-3757)
