Chapter 4.64 TAXICABS AND OTHER VEHICLES FOR HIRE

Section 4.64.030 License.

No person, firm, or corporation shall engage in the vehicle-for-hire business upon the streets of the city without a valid license therefor.  All licenses shall be effective until September 30 immediately following the date of issuance unless sooner suspended, canceled, or revoked as in this chapter provided.  (Ord. 2001-0340; 98/U-6342; 90/T-8081)
