Chapter 4.64 TAXICABS AND OTHER VEHICLES FOR HIRE
Section 4.64.095 Duty of Owner.
No owner of a taxicab shall permit a taxicab to be operated by any person who does not have
a valid city
taxicab driver's permit. If a city taxicab driver’ s permit is suspended or revoked, the
owner shall be
