Chapter 4.64 TAXICABS AND OTHER VEHICLES FOR HIRE

Section 4.64.100 No assignment.

No owner of a licensed vehicle-for-hire can assign said license, and all licenses issued or granted under this chapter shall be non-assignable; provided however, that said license may be transferred upon approval of the city.  Approval may be obtained by providing a written application for transfer as well as proof of insurance and that the proposed vehicle to which the license shall be transferred has passed inspection.
