Section 4.64.250 Renewal of taxicab driver's permit.

1. A taxicab driver's permit must be renewed annually. When applying for a renewal, the driver shall make an application upon a form to be furnished by the city. The renewal fee shall be $40.00 and shall be nonrefundable.

2. The city clerk shall have the power to deny any renewal applicant based on the grounds for denial in Section 4.64.240-2 if any of those grounds occurred within the past year. Any applicant for renewal which has been denied shall have the same appeal process available as in Subsection 4.64.245-5. (Ord. 2006-0415; 2001-0340; 98/U-6342; 92/U-729; 90/T-8081)
