Chapter 4.64 TAXICABS AND OTHER VEHICLES FOR HIRE
Section 4.64.270 State commercial driver’ s license.
Every person operating a vehicle for hire must be licensed to do so by the state and shall have the
license in
the person’ s possession at all times. Drivers of vehicles for hire shall display upon their
person as required
by the state law, their state commercial driver’ s license, showing that they at that time have
a state
