Chapter 4.64 TAXICABS AND OTHER VEHICLES FOR HIRE
Section 4.64.330 Maximum working hours.
It is unlawful for the driver of any vehicle for hire to operate that vehicle more than twelve hours
out of any
twenty-four-hour period. A driver shall be deemed to be operating a vehicle within the terms of
this
section, whenever he is in charge of such vehicle and holding himself in readiness to convey passengers.
