Section 4.64.415 Modified transportation vehicle service.

All persons providing modified transportation vehicle service within the city shall maintain a twenty-four hour, seven-day-a-week calling service. Transportation services shall be arranged on an appointment basis between the operator of the service and the client. The owner of a modified transportation vehicle service shall not transport persons in need of immediate emergency care at a hospital emergency unit. (Ord. S-31568, 1976)
