Section 4.66.070 Issuance of license.

Upon receipt of a completed application pursuant to Section 4.66.030, approval of the route pursuant to Section 4.66.040, filing of insurance is required by Section 4.66.060, and payment of the application and license fee provided in Section 4.66.110, the city clerk shall issue a horse-drawn carriage license to the applicant.
