Chapter 4.66 HORSE-DRAWN CARRIAGES

Section 4.66.090 Requirements for driver.

    1.    A driver shall:

        a. Possess a valid, current, motor vehicle operator's license;

            b. Be at least 16 years of age;

            c. Be free of defective vision, defective hearing, and any other infirmities that would render him/her unfit for safe operation of a horse-drawn carriage;
