Section 4.68.080 Duties of licensing authority.

1. Current charges predicated on services provided and operating costs shall be kept on file with the licensing authority.

2. The licensing authority shall, within twenty days after receipt of an application for an ambulance license as provided for herein, determine whether the applicant complies with the standards prescribed in this chapter. If the applicant is in compliance with this chapter, the city shall issue the license. (Ord. 98/U-6342; 82/T-1262; S-35915, 1978)
