Section 4.70.120 Franchise ordinance.

In addition to those matters required to be included by virtue of this chapter, the franchise ordinance shall contain such further conditions or provisions as may be included in the franchisee's proposal and/or negotiated between the city and the franchisee. (Ord. S-35498, 1978)
