Section 4.70.140 Franchise reviews.

    1. On or about the fifth, tenth and fifteenth anniversaries of the effective date of the franchise grant, the city will schedule and hold a public meeting or meetings with the franchisee to review the performance by the franchisee under the franchise, including future plans of operation and performance. In particular, the city may inquire whether the franchisee is supplying a level and variety of services equivalent to those being generally offered at that time in the industry to comparable market situations. The franchisee shall make available to the city, if requested by the city, such records, documents and information which are relevant to such meeting and inquiry.
    2. Any changes in this chapter or the franchise ordinance necessitated by modifications to the Federal Communications Commission regulations shall be incorporated into the franchise ordinance or this ordinance within the time limit provided for in the Rules and Regulations of the Federal Communications Commission then in force and effect.  (Ord.
