Section 4.70.186 Refund of pro rata costs in excess of costs of construction in service area minimum upon additional subscription.
Cost of construction charges paid by new subscribers, in areas of network extension which do not meet
the
service area minimum during the three years subsequent to the construction of such extensions, shall
be
annually refunded by the franchisee ratably among the subscribers who contributed thereto. (Ord.
