Chapter 4.70 BROADBAND TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS
Section 4.70.187 Subscriber rates and charges -Pro rata charges of construction costs in excess of cost of construction in service area minimums for extensions of service beyond the service area minimum.
The franchisee shall not be prohibited from making pro rata charges of construction costs for extension
of
service in areas which do not meet the "service area minimum," as authorized by Sections 4.70.185
and
4.70.186, any other provision of this code notwithstanding. (Ord. S-42359, 1981)
