Chapter 4.70 BROADBAND TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS
Section 4.70.310 Standards of operation.
1. Council May Adopt Standards. The council may adopt rules, regulations
and standards governing the
operation of a broadband telecommunications network in the city. Such rules, regulations and standards
shall apply to and govern the operations of the franchisee.
2. Technical Standards. The technical standards for operation of the network
shall, in addition to meeting
the requirements specified in the franchise ordinance, conform to all requirements specified in this
chapter
and any other standards or codes as may be adopted by the city.
3. Repair. Any damage caused by the franchisee's negligence shall be repaired
fully by the franchisee.
