Section 4.70.330 Inspection of property and records.

At all reasonable times, franchisee shall permit examination by any duly authorized representative of the city manager, city engineer or the city finance and administrative services director of all franchise property, together with any appurtenant property of the franchisee situated within or without the city. The franchisee shall also permit any duly authorized representative of the city manager, city engineer or the city finance and administrative services director to examine and transcribe any and all maps and other records kept or maintained by franchisee or under its control concerning the operations, affairs, transactions or property of franchisee.
