Chapter 4.70 BROADBAND TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS
Section 4.70.510 Protection of privacy.
1. Use of Data from Subscriber. A franchisee shall not initiate or use
any form, procedure or device for
procuring information or data from subscribers' terminal by use of the network, without prior valid
authorization from each subscriber so affected.
2. Subscriber Lists. The franchisee shall not, without prior valid authorization
from each subscriber so
affected, provide any list designating subscriber's names and addresses to the city or any other party.
3. Subscriber Transmissions. The franchisee shall not permit the installation
of any special terminal
equipment in any subscriber's premises that will permit transmission from subscriber's premises of two-way
services utilizing aerial, visual or digital signals without first obtaining written permission of the
subscriber.
