Chapter 4.70 BROADBAND TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS
Section 4.70.530 Violations.
1. It is unlawful for any person, without the expressed consent of the franchisee,
to make any connection,
extension or division, whether physically, accoustically, inductively, electronically or otherwise with
or to
any segment of a franchised BTN for any purpose whatsoever, except as provided for in this chapter.
2. It is unlawful for any person to willfully interfere, tamper, remove, obstruct
or damage any part,
segment or content of a franchised BTN for any purpose whatsoever. (Ord. S-35454, 1978)
