Section 4.71.050 Agreement and waiver.

The Franchisee agrees that it will not set up as against the City any claim that the provisions of this Franchise or the Ordinance are unreasonable, arbitrary or void, and, without waiver of its legal rights, accepts and agrees to each and every provision contained therein.
