Section 4.71.080 Construction and operation.

The System shall be constructed or rebuilt to provide Cable Service to Service Area, so that the minimum forward bandwidth is at least 54 to 550 MHz, or 77 channels, and shall have a minimum activated return bandwidth of 5 to 30 MHz or 52 channels. The Franchisee shall integrate a fiber optic backbone design. The System shall be constructed of equipment generally used in high quality, reliable, modern cable systems of similar design, including standby power supplies at each fiber optic receive node. The System shall be designed to have the capability to interconnect with other adjacent Systems. The System shall achieve this status within twenty-four (24) months of the effective date of this Franchise.
