Chapter 4.71 CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE
Section 4.71.090 Extension of services.
The Cable System shall be extended, after completion of construction and rebuild described in 4.71.080
of
this ordinance, to other areas of the city as follows:
1. The System shall be extended to all areas meeting the definition
of Service Area within 90
days, weather permitting, after Franchisee is made aware of the areas meeting the definition of
Service Area.
2. Franchisee shall, upon request, extend the System and Cable Service to areas
not meeting the
definition of Service Area, by agreement with the person(s) requesting the extension and on the basis
of
Franchisee’ s actual cost for extension. (Ord. 99-7781, S-36880, 1978)
