Chapter 4.71 CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE
Section 4.71.140 Local channels.
The Franchisee shall make available one (1) educational access channel, one (1) City access channel,
and
one (1) local origination programming channel on the System for the use by the City schools, government,
