Section 4.71.150 Public service installations.

The Franchisee shall provide within the Service Area, without charge for installation, maintenance or service one (1) connection for basic and expanded basic service to each school, public library and such municipal buildings as the City may designate. (Ord. 99-7781, S-36880, 1978)
