Section 4.71.180 Franchise fee.

The Franchisee shall pay to the City an amount equal to three (3) percent of its annual gross revenues, for the right to do business within the City and for the right to use the City Streets. Payment shall be calculated at the end of each month pursuant to the attached Franchise Fee Payment Worksheet. Franchisee shall submit a Franchise Fee Payment Worksheet in the format attached hereto marked Exhibit “ A” or a revised format as mutually agreed upon from time to time by the City and Franchisee.
