Chapter 4.71 CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE
Section 4.71.230 Assignment.
This Franchise shall not be assigned, transferred or sold without the written consent of the City, which
consent will not be unreasonably withheld. Any reasonable and actual expenses incurred by the
City in
investigating a proposed assignment, transfer or sale shall be reimbursed by the Franchisee. (Ord. 99-7781,
