Section 4.71.240 Notices.
All notices, reports, or demands given in writing under this Franchise shall be deemed to be given upon
receipt when delivered personally to the person designated below, or via certified or registered mail,
or on
the next business day if sent by the express mail or overnight air courier addressed to the party as
follows:
