Section 4.71.260 Franchise renewal.

Any renewal of this Franchise shall be in accordance with the renewal provisions of Section 626 of the Cable Act. To the extent Section 626 of the Cable Act is no longer applicable to franchise renewals, the City and the Franchisee shall conduct the renewal process pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 626 of the Cable Act as it existed on the effective date of this agreement.
