Chapter 4.71 CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE
Section 4.71.280 Severability.
If any provision of this Franchise Agreement is held by a court or by any federal or state agency of
competent jurisdiction to be invalid as conflicting with any federal or state law, rule, or regulation
now or
hereafter in effect, the validity of the remaining sections hereof shall not be affected. (Ord. 99-7781;
