Chapter 4.71 CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE
Section 4.71.290 Conflicts.
This Franchise Agreement is granted pursuant and subject to the terms of the “ Broadband
Telecommunications Regulatory Ordinance” codified as chapter 4.70 of the Municipal Code of
Sioux City.
It is recognized that this Franchise Agreement represents a negotiated contract between the City and
Franchisee, in the event of a conflict between the specific terms of this Franchise Agreement and those
of
the Ordinance, the negotiated terms of this Agreement shall control. (Ord. 99-7781; S-36880, 1978)
