Section 4.71.300 Acceptance by franchisee.

Within thirty (30) days from and after the passage of this Ordinance, the Franchisee shall file with the City Clerk its acceptance of the provisions of this Agreement and its terms and conditions, and said Ordinance and acceptance shall become and be a binding contract between the City and the Franchisee.
