Section 4.72.055 Direct connect system.

Only the following types of businesses may be permitted by the police chief to utilize a direct connect system:

1. Banks;

2. Federal, State, and local government operations; and

3. Hospitals.

4. Businesses directly connected to the system on the effective date of this ordinance until sold. (Ord. 92/U-268)
