Chapter 4.72 ALARMS
Section 4.72.100 Probation period upon reinstatement.
On the effective date of reinstatement of an alarm system user permit, the alarm system user will be
allowed
three false alarms during the remainder of the permit year. Upon receiving the fourth false alarm
during the
same permit year, the permit may be suspended immediately. The service fee of $200.00 per false
alarm
