Section 4.72.110 Penalties for violation.

Any person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions, or failing to comply with the mandatory requirements of this chapter, shall be guilty of a municipal infraction and be punished under Section 1.04.100 of the Municipal Code of Sioux City, Iowa. (Ord. 92/U-268, 83/T-2235)
