Section 4.74.030 Existing adult entertainment businesses.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any adult entertainment businesses in existence at the time this chapter takes effect. All licenses required herein shall be applied for within thirty days from the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter. All nonconforming uses in the BGM metropolitan business zone and the MA agri-business manufacturing zone may continue in operation under the provisions of Chapter 25.98 of the municipal code.
