Section 4.74.100 Prohibited activities of adult entertainment business.

    1. No adult entertainment business shall employ any person under the age of eighteen years of age.
    2. No adult entertainment business shall display or furnish any merchandise or services to any person who is under eighteen years of age, except that escort services may be provided at the special instance and request of a parent, guardian or other person in lawful custody of the person upon whose behalf the escort service is engaged.
    3. No adult entertainment business shall be conducted in any manner that permits the observation of a model or any material depicting, describing or relating to specified sexual activities or specified anatomical areas by display, decoration, sign, show window or other opening from any public way or from any property not licensed as an adult use.
    4. No adult entertainment business or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee of such licensee shall engage in any activity or conduct or permit  any other person to engage in any activity or conduct in or about the licensed premises which is prohibited by this code or any laws of the state or the United States.
    5. No adult entertainment business shall employ escorts or models who do not possess a permit as required by Section 4.74.110.
    6. No part of the interior of the adult entertainment business shall be visible from the outside of the premises. (Ord. 2004-0094; 85/T-3910)
