Section 4.74.110 Escorts/models

It shall be unlawful for any person to act as an escort/model unless there has been granted to such person a valid permit, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. Such permit shall be issued to the address of the employer of the escort/model, who must in turn also hold a valid adult entertainment business license issued by the city pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. Upon request and payment of the appropriate fee, the city clerk may issue a new card whenever the escort/model changes employers. The escort/model also has the option of obtaining, for the appropriate fee, a multi-business permit which would allow the individual to act as an escort/model for any employer who holds a valid adult entertainment business license issued by the city.
