Section 4.74.140 Permit identification card.

Each escort/model permit holder shall be issued an identification card which will also serve as an escort/model permit. The permit holder shall carry such card upon his or her person when acting as an escort/model or immediately produce the same for inspection upon request. Each permit holder shall immediately surrender, to the city clerk, any escort/model permit issued by the city upon the suspension, revocation, or expiration of such permit, or upon leaving employment as an escort/model. A valid single permit may be transferred to the premises of a new employer upon payment of a twenty-five dollar transfer fee. (Ord. 2001-0307; 85/T-3910)
