Section 4.74.170 Sign required.

The owner or manager of an adult entertainment business shall post a sign at the entrance of the premises which shall state the nature of the business and shall state that no one under the age of eighteen years is allowed on the premises. The sign shall comply with the city's sign regulations. This section shall not be construed to prohibit the holder from establishing an older age limitation for coming on the premises.
