Section 4.74.180 Sale or transfer.

Upon the sale or transfer of any interest in an adult entertainment business, the license shall immediately become null and void. A new application shall be made by any person, firm or entity desiring to own or operate the adult entertainment business. A fee of twenty-five dollars shall be payable for each such application. Any application involving the sale or other transfer of any interest in an existing adult entertainment business, as well as any license which may thereafter be granted, shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter.
