Section 4.74.190 Change of location or name.

1. A change of location of any premises or real property where a permitted adult entertainment business is conducted may be approved by the city clerk provided all requirements of this chapter and all ordinances and regulations of the city are complied with and a change of location fee established by resolution of the city council is deposited with the city treasurer. Application for such change shall be made within three days of such change.

2. No license holder shall operate an adult entertainment business under any name or designation not specified in the license. (Ord. 85/T-3910)
