Section 4.74.220 Violation

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars or more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than thirty days in the county jail. Revocation or suspension of a license or permit issued under this chapter shall not be a defense against prosecution. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist after notification by the city shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 85/T-3910)
