Section 4.75.160 Applicability of ordinance to existing businesses.

All existing adult oriented businesses are hereby granted a De Facto Temporary License to continue operation for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days following the effective date of this ordinance. By the end of said one hundred eighty days, all adult oriented businesses must conform to and abide by the requirements of this chapter. (Ord. 2004-1061)
