Section 4.75.170 Prohibited activities.

It is unlawful for an adult oriented business to knowingly violate the following regulations or to knowingly allow an employee or any other person to violate the following regulations.  
    1. It shall be a violation of this ordinance for a patron, employee, or any other person to knowingly or intentionally, in an adult oriented business, appear in a state of nudity, regardless of whether such public nudity is expressive in nature.
    2. It shall be a violation of this ordinance for a person to knowingly or intentionally, in an adult oriented business, appear in a semi-nude condition unless the person is an employee.  It shall be a violation of this ordinance for an employee to touch any specified anatomical area of patron or for a patron to touch any specified anatomical area of an employee or for an employee and a patron to engage in any specified sexual activities on the adult oriented business premises.
    3. It shall be a violation of this ordinance for any employee who regularly appears semi-nude in an adult oriented business to knowingly or intentionally touch a customer or the clothing of a customer on the premises of an adult oriented business.
    4. A sign in a form to be prescribed by the City manager’ s office and summarizing the provisions of Section 4.75.170(1) (2) and (3), shall be posted near the entrance of the adult oriented business in such a manner as to be clearly visible to patrons upon entry. (Ord. 2004-1061)
