Section 4.76.090 Compliance with State and Federal Law.

All commercial composting operations shall obtain necessary state permits and shall fully comply with the requirements of the permits and state and federal laws and regulations concerning the operation. All composting operations shall be conducted in appropriately zoned areas and shall obtain necessary conditional use permits and shall fully comply with the zoning laws and regulations of the City of Sioux City.
