Section 4.76.100 Violations.

It shall be a municipal infraction for any person, entity, employee or operator of a commercial composting operation to violate the provisions of this ordinance and punishable as provided by Section 1.04.100 of this Code. In addition to the penalties provided in Code Section 1.04.100 or the suspension and revocation procedures in Section 4.76.040, the city may seek temporary or permanent injunctive relief.
