Chapter 4.78 ODOR CONTROL
Section 4.78.010 Odor Pollution Prohibited.
No person shall erect, continue or use any building or other place that occasions odor emissions as
defined
herein in violation of this chapter; the existence of such is deemed a public nuisance as defined in
Section
8.72 and an odor violation subject to penalties pursuant to Section 4.78.100 herein. (Ord. 92/U-425)
