Section 4.78.150 Effect of Filing of Appeal.

After an appeal is filed under this chapter, the Enforcement Official shall stay all proceedings arising from the original appeal under this chapter regarding the appeal until the Odor Appeals Board denies or grants the appeal or until the City Council renders a decision if further appeal is taken.
