Section 4.84.100 Transfer of license.

A licensee shall not transfer his or her license to another, nor shall a licensee operate a body piercing business under the authority of a license at any place other than the address designated in the body piercing business license application. A licensee may set up a body piercing booth at a trade show, festival, or celebration provided the event does not last more than five days. Sanitation procedures and the rules for body piercing shall be the same as nearly as possible to those when the body piercing is conducted on the licensed premises. (Ord. 2006-0831)
