Section 4.84.130 Permit identification card.

Each body piercing artist permit holder shall be issued an identification card which will also serve as a permit. The permit holder shall carry such card upon his or her person when working as a body piercing artist or immediately produce the same for inspection upon request. Each permit holder shall immediately surrender, to the city clerk, any body piercing artist permit issued by the city upon the suspension, revocation, or expiration of such permit, or upon leaving employment as a body piercing artist.
